What do recruiters see?
A normal address like jane@calledback.app or jane+acme@calledback.app. Replies come from your own inbox, so nothing about CalledBack shows in your answers.
Do you read or keep my email?
Each email is handled in memory. Personal data such as phone numbers, links and codes is removed before any AI model sees the text. We never store the raw email; we keep only the date, sender domain, a redacted subject, the category and the short note, for 90 days.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 7 days of paying, email support@calledback.app and you get your money back, no questions asked.
Does it work with Gmail, Outlook and others?
Yes. We forward to whatever inbox you paid with. Gmail users also get an "Open in Gmail" link in each note.
What if I miss the verification email?
Before we can forward, Cloudflare (our email provider) sends you one verification email. It often lands in spam. Until you click it, the important emails still reach you on Telegram, and the setup page lets you check again.
What happens when the Pass ends?
It does not renew. For 30 more days we keep forwarding mail to your inbox (no notes) so nothing is lost, then the address stops accepting mail.
Why Telegram?
It delivers instantly on every phone and desktop and lets a bot send you a private message. More channels may come later.
