Refund policy

• 7 days, no questions asked. Within 7 days of any payment (Job Hunt Pass or a Pro month), write to support@calledback.app from the email you bought with, and we refund the full amount.
• Refunds are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. They usually show within 5–10 business days.
• A refund ends access immediately: the address stops forwarding and notes stop.
• Pro: you can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Cancelling alone does not refund the current month unless it is within 7 days of payment.
• After 7 days, payments are not refundable except where the law requires it.
