Terms of service

These terms are between you and CalledBack, run by an individual based in Turkey. Contact: support@calledback.app. Payments are processed by Creem, who acts as merchant of record and appears on your receipt.

The service

CalledBack gives you an email address on calledback.app for job applications. Mail sent to it is sorted by category, forwarded to the inbox you signed up with, and the important messages are announced to you on Telegram.

Plans

• Job Hunt Pass: one payment, 90 days of service, no automatic renewal.
• Pro: monthly subscription, renews until cancelled. Cancelling stops renewal; service runs until the end of the paid period.
• Each plan includes up to 1,000 emails sorted and 300 notes per month. Above that, mail is still forwarded but not sorted or announced.
• After a plan ends, mail is forwarded (without notes) for 30 days, then the address stops accepting mail.

Acceptable use

Use the address for your own job search. Do not use it to send spam, sign up for services in bulk, receive illegal content, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend an address that is abused; we will tell you why.

Handles

You choose a handle once. It must be 3–20 characters and may not impersonate a company or a role such as admin or support. Changes are possible by writing to support.

No guarantees

We work hard to deliver every email and note, but email and messaging can fail or be delayed, and automatic sorting can be wrong. Always check your inbox for important mail. The service is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to you at least 14 days ahead. Turkish law applies.
